36 Series

The first 36 series machine was completed in March 2006 after many years of development. This range
has been developed for clearing re-growth, development work or very deep tillage applications such as land forming.

These machines can be fitted with 36" or 40" discs and are capable of penetrating up to 14" deep (355mm), which makes them ideal for reaching well below the root system of many types of tree suckers.

These machines feature an extremely large bearing system, which has Timken tapered roller bearings and Goetze Duo-Cone seals running in an oil-bath for many hours of maintenance free service.

The gang angle and overall design of the machine has been optimised to require the minimum amount of horsepower to perform the job at hand, whilst also self sharpening the discs and achieving the required depth and tilth of the soil.

Features of these machines include:

  1. 300x200x16mm RHS frame
  2. 90mm 4140 Round Stationary Gang axle
  3. 36” or 40” Discs 12mm front & rear
  4. Discs are manufactured from Boron Steel and hardened to 48-52 HRC for maximum wear and toughness
  5. Bearing Housings machined to close tolerances on CNC machinery from billet steel
  6. Oil-bath 32024 (180mm O.D) bearings with Goetze Duo-Cone seals
  7. Available in standard sizes from 13.18’ to 22.58’ (4.02m to 6.88m)
  8. Average weight 3,300kg/ metre of cut (2,200 Lbs/foot of cut), 475kg(1045Lbs) / disc
